4. Orders & Payments
● Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment through secure and authorized payment gateways.
● We do not store or share any bank or card details.
● If payment fails, the order will not be processed. It is expected that the user shall contact the third-party payment gateway and/or the bank for any issues related to payment for products purchased through the website.
● Fieldborn International Foods LLP shall have no role to play in case of any dispute related to payments.
● Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
● Orders are dispatched through reputed courier partners.
● Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability.
● Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing the order.
● Fieldborn International Foods LLP will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
● If the customer fails to receive the package or respond to courier calls, and the parcel is returned, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Cancellations
● Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
● If approved, 5% of the order value will be deducted as a transaction fee.
● Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
7. Returns & Refunds
● Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
● An opening video is mandatory for any return or refund claim.
● Customers must report post-delivery issues within 24 hours and raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
● Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned product and claim.
