👉 Classic Pasta
1. Boil water (with a pinch of salt + 1 tsp oil)
2. Add pasta; cook for 4–6 minutes until al dente
3. Drain & rinse under cold water

2. Sauté veggies (onion, carrot, beans, capsicum, etc.) lightly
3. Toss cooked pasta with veggies, a little olive oil or light seasoning, herbs or home-style masala

1. Cook pasta as above
